Sam DiGennaro on Creating an Entrepreneurial Work Place
There’s no denying that it is refreshing to work in an office where you can have a voice no matter your title or position.
Here at DGC, even as we’ve grown from three to 25 employees, our fearless leader — Sam DiGennaro — has encouraged strong opinions and creative approaches to getting the job done from all team members.
