2011 Cannes Lions: Enabling the Creative Mind with Organic

Marita Scarfi, CEO of Organic Inc., attended the 2011 Cannes Lions International Festival of Creativity and here she talks about how the balance between having a financial background helps her understand the ad industry’s use of cognitive analytics and data. Though admittedly not creative herself, Scarfi said she surrounds herself with creative people in her personal life and hopes that helps her to “promote and enable the creative mind in our organization.”
